In the last video we did the unboxing and basic using technique of the OSS Team W09 Pro device and understood how this new and well thought of device completely negates the need for using JC ID tags to increase battery health or to make battery health 100% while replacing old battery with new battery in any iPhone after iPhone 11 series and above.

However, after the last video we noticed and received many queries regarding one specific model of the iPhone, which is the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max models.

The basic query and and issue was that, in the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max models, there is a slight change in the battery as there are two terminals instead of one terminal like we commonly see in all other models of iPhone batteries.
Hence, this is leading to a big confusion amongst many technicians and other repair industry experts as they are not able to figure out how to use the OSS Team W09 Pro device in case of an iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max device having battery complaint to increase its battery health or remove the battery service message while replacing the old battery with a new battery.
