  11. I have osteopenia. Supposedly jumping and stumping you feet hard suppose to help build bones. That is why I love this video. I emphasis my jumps and feet stumping whenever I can throughout your video. I wish you would do MORE of this kind of video. Your music and steps make me want to come back for more.
