I like the new version because of that. Now, it can be taken as versatile fragrance. The first versions were so strong that wasn't suitable for daily basis activities.
Its still smells good But in my opinion-if your gonna reformulate something they should call it version b or c etc, etc Can you imagine if coke or pepsi reformulated and did not tell anyone It would be game over
I bought this for my now husband 8 years ago and we’ve never looked back. 10/10. What a banger for designer. Our newest favorite is YSL tuxedo. Also 10/10

I have Bleu Electrique, and just ordered this. Looking forward to layering the Bleu with LaNuit, as I've heard this is another option to assist with performance.

Since then, Lacoste smells somewhat dated, but I have NEVER had that experience with YSL La Nuit. This may be a stretch, but I don't think this one will ever go out of style.

idk how well known this is but i think this is important news to share: so first of all in terms of reformulations of la nuit there have only been 2 in the past years… you will hear people talk about wether there have been further reformulations around 2018 or 2020 and so on but if you look at the actual formula code (back of the box after the ingredients list) you can see that the orignal formula code is 8YB02-1, the 1st reformulation (~2012) is 8YB02-2 and then the 2nd reformulation (~2015) is C167049/1 and all the batches until now have had the same formula code, so the same juice (my 2020 bottle included e.g.)… you will see differences in colouration but that's mostly effects of maceration i believe… maybe there are some minute batch variations but negligable considering there are variations anyway with different skin chemistry etc… however, i recently purchased a new 2022 bottle and upon spraying it i thought i got a fake, it was that different… lo and behold when i looked on the back of the box there was a new formula code "N70011799/1"… so apparently there has been another reformulation recently, idk when exactly… if you wanna talk about bad reformulation this is it imo… this is truly a watered down la nuit, the previous batches since 2015 seem amazing compared to these newer ones… pick up any leftover bottles from previous years (C167049/1) while you have the chance guys…
Got my first bottle today. Smells amazing. Such a nice soft fragrance. Everything these days smells like Sauvage or One million which gives me a fkn headache.
When i tried it on in the tester it was somewhat potent. But by the time i bought it i seem to less projecting and strong. Still good but annoying that i don't get the projection and strength
I agree, this could be a year round signature scent. Its fresh enough and the performance is low enough that it could be used in the summer. In the winter just spray more.
La Nuit is absolutely amazing. It’s so comforting and sexy. It does get good reactions IF it can be detected. I think for me, Layton sort of fills the same vibe but with better performance. I had bottle of the previous formulation let it go with some regret. But I’m trying not to get caught up in the reformation rabbit hole. I just want to end joy a thing for what it is now.
This a good up close fragrance. Giving woman hugs or even hugging close mates have all responded like “you smell fucking amazing what is that?”. And the ladies get addicted to smelling you lol
When the le parfum came out, I bought two bottles of 100ml thinking it was going to be better but was disappointed. So I bought 200ml of the OG again 🙂
The only problem with this fragrance is;
@ 6' 1 and athletic. It pulls girls. All kinds. Single, married and every thing in between.
I just got the 6 oz blind buy do to the hype but I feel like the opening is too much like baby powder and lavender to me .

I've worn over 20 fragrances, easy, and this is the one that's worked for me the most, not even close!
Smelled the edt for first time today and had to buy the 100ml it smelled that good. Never smelled the edp. Hope i made the right choice!
