    YouTube has been suggesting your videos to me for a while now, but the 1-hour ones felt a bit intimidating – I'm so glad I found this one, it's short enough for a beginner getting back to exercise, but intense enough to get sweaty.   23. Just finished this dance. I got so emotional right after, I don't understand why I'm crying right now but that's how I feel. It's all mixed, maybe I'm crying because I couldn't do some moves? And it's been so long since I've sweated this much. but maybe I'm also crying because I powered through it? And I feel… so great about it. Hopefully this is just the beginning.
