Why does the water in the in-room pool look so sketchy (green)? Given their lack of concern about the air conditioner water running down the wall I suspect that that in-suite pool is likely full of fungi and bacteria, including bacteria from the last room occupant. Kind-of like shared bathwater from the cowboy days. Yuck.
Yeah I stayed there for 3 nights in pool suite. This place is a dump. Almost no guests. It's more of a hangout for the employees I think. Too far away from the action, only thing nearby is the casino. The pool is soooooo cold bro! hahaha you won't find a chica that gonna get in that shit

Sosua is a complete dump. Cabarete is much better. Only two quality places to stay in the area. Both are in Cabarete. Millenium and Cabarete Palm Beach Condos. Like everything else in this world Sosua was much better 10-15 years ago. Go to the club called Ojo on Cabarete Beach. Classier women. More money but well worth it.

Ahnvee is the most overrated place in Sosua. I was shocked to pay 10 dollars to go in and see only a handful of girls. Mind you this was Friday night before 11 PM in August 2021. It is a long walk on Pedro Clisante Blvd and waste of my time. Stick on the main strip like Kings (Formerly Rhumba, or Casino Chiquita)

The gym is great. It has everything you need and it is not busy.
When it first opened it was lit, but it's too far from the strip and economically for the women it wasn't a good look. All the real action was a 1/4 mile down the road

I stayed there for 10 days or so. Weekends are more busy with a few chicas but it's not "hopping" by any means. The water in the room pools is FREEZING cold. No where to sit comfortably in the room other than the bed. Shower was awful. Didn't drain properly so you had stagnate water, constantly. Bed was not very comfortable. When I went, they didn't accept credit cards. So you had to use Zelle or Venmo. Even though there weren't many people at night, they still blasted the music so it was hard to get a good night sleep.
It's just an awful place. There are so many other places to stay that are better and closer to downtown.

Soooo I recently stayed at this hotel.. so for anyone considering this location you might want to pay attention to this comment on this post..
1st the staff is really friendly, they never gave me a hassle and everyone from the front desk, to house keeping were very nice
2nd it is guest friendly
3rd the food is pretty good
4th Ambience of the hotel is really nice
5th strip club is part of the resort and the ladies there are really nice as well
6th… there's 2 grocery stores with in a 5 minute walk which really does come in handy
7th..this location has lost its allure. There's NOT a parade of women walking around the place throughout the day or night… In fact if that's your deciding factor to make reservations then you might want to reconsider
8.. the shower works but it's more of a slow poor from the shower head… also the water never gets hot
9th.. no microwave
10th.. loud music all day and night

La piscina dentro de la habitacion el agua debe de estar fria porque no tiene termostato para ponerla calurosa. Ademas el piso del fondo de la piscina luce corroido y viejo. Debe te tener bacterias de las otras gentes que se banaron en esa piscina. El agua no luce clara y limpia. No es confiable tirarse alli. Puede contener bacterias. El lugar luce feo. De ninguna manera yo no voy a rentar un hotel asi. El inodoro muy estrecho separado por una division . Ese lugar yo le daria solo 2 estrellas.

Why would there be prostitutes staying at anvee, you normally go pick up a girl from the strip, la playa and bring her back to anvee. Most Dominican girls can't afford anvee, they are trying to make money to take care of their family.
