another DANCE WORKOUT to oldies music (PS: my parents were again secretly grooving when I chose “their kind of” music). I wanted to call this the “90s Workout” until I noticed that “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge is not from the 90s lol.
Fun to see how I’m not even shy anymore doing (silly) dances in front of the camera. I improved in comparison to my first dance workout haha!

I do think this one has a litttleeee more advanced dance moves, in comparison to my older Dance Cardio Workout. But you’ll get the hang out of it after doing it once – I’m sure!! 🙂

  10. 80s and 90s music is not "oldies." "Oldies" is 50s-early 60s, "classic" is late 60s-70s, and then there's 80s, 90s, 2000s, etc.

  11. Hi Pamela, I really like you dance workout and I do it often with my daughter. She's in primary school, and some music is inappropriate for her. I wonder whether you could create a family friendly list. It will be the best for parents. Thank you!!

  14. Love your videos, but it would be easier to learn all the steps if we could see you from the back as well. I now have to rethink everything from left to right and cannot really copy real-time what you are doing.

    80’s and 90’s is not “oldies.” Yes they’re aged songs but the genre is 80’s and 90’s. “Oldies” is 50’s and earlier.
